ringing from dash

when i reach 70 mph 3000rpm i get a ringing sound that sounds like wind chimes from my dash.anybody know what this is please?

Its the speed warning bell,to tell you,your speeding!Its connected to the back of the instruments and can be removed or disconnected.Its a silvery rectangular box about 1"x1.5" with 3 wires,!!!!!! annoying!
If you check for 'speed bell' on this forum,I'm sure there will be instructions for taking out the dash and clocks etc.Good opportunity to replace kph dial,if it hasn't already been done.
