wheel carrier 4Runner to SSRx Surf

Hi folks,

Does anyone know if I could easily make a 84-88 4Runner swing-out wheel carrier/rear bumper fit to my 93 SSRx Surf? What would be the modifications required?

You would need to check to see if your truck has the required stiffeners built in along with matching nuts for the hangers to bolt into.

If not you will need to fabricate something suitable or possibly remove from the old 4runner and weld in to the Surf.

I think he means something along the lines of a Kaymar rear bar that has the wheel carrier attached.

It will not fit. The chassis is different. Not sure how different, but I doubt it would be worth the effort trying to modify it.
