  • 4x4 on 93 2.4 ssxr

Afternoon all! Iam a newbie surfer and have got a ? straight off.
Just bought a 93 2.4 ssxr, got little help from the dealers and need to know whats going on with the 4x4?
What position should the gear knob be in for normal driving? Is the 4x4 on when the button is in or out? Should the button be in or out for normal driving?
Sorry for being so thick but its my first 4x4. HELP!!!!

button should be out, lever all the way back for normal 2wd driving, push button in for 4x4 hi-ratio, light on dash should come on, altho you may have to move forwards a little to engage 4x4, push lever forward all the way for lo-ratio 4x4, selecting lo-ratio on it,s own atomatically selects 4x4.

        happy surfing,
