  • No turbo boost and engine management light on

A mate was driving today then all of a suddon the turbo light went out and the management light came on then had no turbo boost at all.

We did do the clutch in it yesterday, is there any sensors, cables ect we may of knocked? To get the top bell housing bolts out we lowered the gearbox a bit which tilted the engine down, just wondering if we may of stretched a cable or somthing.

Is there any way to read fault codes?

    Cheers,

As your stood in front of the truck on the right hand side of the engine there are some vac pipes, on mine i lost turbo and it was one of those that had split so from my experience i would say check all those first...

went and had a look this evening. The trurbo pressure switch that the vac pipe goes to the connector had come loose and was not making contact, must of knocked it loose when doing the clutch some how.

Not sure how if you want to remove one of those connectors there a pain normally have to stick a screw driver in the release clip.

      Easy fix anyway
