Hi Mark,
If ya talking about bleeding the Master cylinder
1. Clamp the M/C in a Vice( if ya got one) not too tight, (take out the bung in the pipe fixing aperture) fill with Brake/Clutch fluid.
2. Moving the arm actuator push n pull with ya finger lightly over the pipe fixing aperture untill some pressure is felt n fluid is visible.
3. Fit Master Cylinder n connect the pipe & bleed at Clutch master cylinder .

Clutches can be a bugger to bleed, sometimes it's easier to pressure/vacuum bleed them.
