Need The Help Of Stevo! - New Engine?

Hi all.
We have a surf 1993 2LTE 2.4 TD. Is used as an off road ambulance. Gets hot when towing and accross deep beaches! Want to complete;y replace the engine and put new head on it? Could Stevo do such a job i.e completely recon block with new pistons, rings redo crank shells etc. Then replace head complete with camshaf valves lifters etc. Needs to be 100% reliable as is an emergency vehicle yes with blue lights and siren! and does alot of hard work! New engine and turbo everything every sensor needs to be replaced.

That lot is going to cost as much as a tidy 3rd gen!

mate why dont you just buy a good 3rd gen? it would work out cheeper.
