    As some of you will know I'm replacing my LN130 head, I found that I didn't need to fully remove the intake casting to remove the head. However whilst refitting the intake to the new head I saw what appears to be a sensor under the intake between 2 & 3ports, this is not connected up. Can anyone throw any light on this please. Cheers

    its the intake heater.



    It either been left of by mistake, or heater is toast and was blowing the glowplug fuse

      If in the bottom centre of manifold, then it's also known as the Glow Plug Resistor.

        TFT, defo same as one in pic, will try and find wiring and also do a test on it. Is it detrimental if it is bu****ed, if yes any idea how much to replace?

            well their appears to be no spare wires in that area, so I assume its all been removed.
