Managed to get hold of a new fuel lift pump (the housing that fits to the bulkhead next to the power steering tank) but it has a fuel heater cable comming out can this be retro fitted to one that hasnt and does it heat the fuel constantly while the engine is running.

you will need to have relay's etc for it and from what i remember from when Wolf had one he couldn't get it wired up to work

wanted on mine to heat the veg oil up in the comming winter months might have to get a heat exchanger with heat from the coooling system.

How many wires does the electric heater unit have?

if i remember correctly its a oblong shape barrel connector which plugs in on the inner wing

will have to see if my truck has a plug on the inner wing that has been blanked off

Looks like you need to find a vacuum switch.
