Is tere and what is the difference between engines codes 2LT and 2LTE?

Im looking on a parts website, for 2 parts, typed my reg in, filter come up with 2LTE and rocker gasket cover come up as 2LT.

Ive got a 2.4TD 1992 Surf LN130, help on clarification please

Go to toyodiy.com and get the O.E.M part numbers from there. You can cross reference against those later if you need to, but at least you know you'll have the correct numbers to work from.

LN130 gasket and filter are the same for 2L-T and 2L-TE but check as Matt says, in case the 2L-T they refer to is the older model, which will be a different gasket.
