Fitting a seal kit

I am going to purchase a seal kit for a 2.4 t/d limited 1990 surf Efi diesel pump.

Is this a pump out job? or can i do it in situ? Does the pump just unbolt or is it a job where the timing belt has to come off?

Hi if you are only doing the "TOP" seal you can do it in "SITU" if you are doing all of them you will need to take the pump off.
