Lookin at gettin one now xxx
Daft question, but there's not any tiny leaks at the top of the rad? Mine had pinhole leak, only found it when engine was warming up as when fully hot coolant was drying before you could see it.

Also are you checking coolant level in the filler cap every morning?

        sounds exactly like mine

I removed my thermostat, filled the system from the bottom pipe (I Think) till it went through the engine and out the top of the rad. ran it for a while, with a good few revs to bleed it, topped it up, did it again, replaced thermostat, a few minutes of idling with a few revs, topped up the system. Never had problems again
