Timing belt question

Hi there, i am about to order new timing belt kit from Roughtrax.

Just wondering, should i change the Idler pulley/toothed one too?

its and extra £50 or so, just wondering if its worth doing so?

Got no idea when it was last changed, surfs done 160k now.

It's worth doing IMHO as it's just as likley to give out and it will be a sod if you get it all apart and then find that you need it

Change the water pump and crank and camshaft seals too.
