  • Mystery Hose

I have a hose that is no longer connected to anything. I suspect it has something to do with my 4WD, but everything looks the same color (dirty) and I can't see anywhere it supposed to connect. If its underneath somewhere, I need to take all of the rock guards off to look. I thought someone with far more knowledge than I could possibly tell me where I should be looking, what this hose does, and where to plug it back in.

The end of the hose in question moved between photos, but everything is labeled to try and make it all clear for experts.

    Thanks for your help.

Goes onto a thin metal pipe on the 'efi' metal pipe.

Thank you very much! I did not see that there.

      Any idea what it does?

It's for the vacuum operated VSVs on passenger side. They are for EGR and and engine shutdown functions.
