Glow Plug Torque Settings

Can anyone let me know what these are please and any top tips for replacing the plugs. I assume I should disconnect the batteries before I start to avoid blowing the fuse.

13Nm. Disconnect negative terminal/s. Remove gently and keep turning as you remove them as carbon can build up on them. If you force them out they could break. Coat the threads in a small amount of antiseize when you install the new ones. Finally, take note of how the wiring and insulators are assembled or you will end up with a short.
