  • vacuum lines on 2LT-E Different

    giddaye,

After getting my new head on a sorting the timing and scraping nearly every knuckle ( you got to love it). I Have forgotten how the vacum lines go on. Ive looked at nearly every pic and diagram on the net. The Engine in my Landcruiser seems to be set up slightly deifferently.

For starters the air filter which is located in most models i presume is on the right ( looking at the vechile) mines on the left. I know it doesnt affect thing but its different. Also on the right I have 2 batteries. Is that standard? I was wondering Is anyone familiar with this setup on the 2lt-e and could point me in the direction to sort out the vacum lines.

The Vacuum lines seem to have the same amount of solanoids and stuff but when set up the hoses do reach each other.I know im a idiot, so no moking the rummy.

    thanx

Have a look here (second page) for a diagram and explanation on what's what on a 2l-TE.

Best thing to do is go to the above site, enter your vehicle details and get specific diagrams and info for your vehicle.
