  • Poor starting when engine is hot!

My '91 2.4 2LT starts O.K.when cold ,but takes between 8 and 15 seconds to fire up when hot. Below 2500 revs it is very sluggish, but above that it absolutely flies! All the glowplugs and injectors have been renewed and I have replaced the flexible hoses from tank to filter and filter to pump.
The problem is gradually getting worse.
Please can anyone point me in the right direction?
    Best Regards, Ivor-the-Diver.
