blowing out of the EFI Turbo pipe, should i be worried??

I assume you are refering to the metal turbo to intake manifold pipe. The hoses may be split and allowing the small and normal amount of blowby oil through or at worst, the front turbo seal has gone and you are getting the oil from there.
Solution to first is replace the hoses. The second is a little more complicated.
