One thing stands out somewhat. If they fit an uprated head as standard, why do they need to pressure test it?

It sounds good but its so in depth in begins to become like a salesmans pitch.
What two new breakdown trucks got to do with it all, new or old they are breakdown trucks.
He may well give a warranty but I would want to see it and read the small print on it.
If its an insured warranty by a third party like you get on second hand cars they are crap and be a nightmare to get a claim past sometimes.

As said already why the need to pressure test a new head.

Ask him where he sources his new head from ?????????????????????
