Radiator swap

My rad on my 2.4 has split at the top cover, is it much of a job to swap it out and are there any pitfalls I should know about?

My rad on my 2.4 has split at the top cover, is it much of a job to swap it out and are there any pitfalls I should know about?

Remove and plug the ends of the transmission cooler hoses, drain the rad by either the bottom hose or the drain tap, remove the fan shroud and the fan (Not necessary, but will allow more room), disconnect the top hose, remove the four bolts holding radiator and lift straight up and out.

Re-fitting is the reverse of above, but check coolant level and ATF afterwards.
