2.4 cylinder head torque specs

hey there guys, im about to reinstalled mt 3.0l head back on my 2.4 block, but dont have the proper torque specs for tightening the head. i have a manual for the 2.4 but its dated 1986. so very unsure if this manual would be correct to go by.
the hilux i have is a 1991 2.4 ssr-x, has a 3.L head already. got the new gasket and all those goodies i just want to know the torque spec and tightening sequence for the cylinder head.
if any body can help me out that would be greatly appreciated.

1st stage 58ft/lb 78nm
2nd stage 90 degree turn
3rd stage 90 degree turn.
