Rear Bulb Fitting

Hi, me again...

my rear brake light is out, so I got a new one, undid the little screws on the inside of the tailgate, and it was loose and opening a little bit, but cant get it to come off, now I could have been a bit more savage I suppose, but I dont want it breaking any bits off, so is there a technique to it, do you have to lift it, force it or what, is there a clip? I dunno, so I thought I would ask the experts, which is you folk!

you need to push the lense out away from the truck.push from the tailgate side to the kerb side if you get what i mean as its held in by 2 lugs on the side

Standing looking at the back of the truck, the lights pop out sideways. Just a gentle tap with the palm of your hand should get them out.
