22 Mpg :(

I have calculated that I am returning 22mpg

Is this normal or should I be returning more?

frankly that rubbish mate, get a new fuel filter, pour a wee bottle of Redex in it and fit to truck, this will clean the injectors and pump, fit a new air filter and make sure all air intake hoses are in good condition, you can easily expect a good 23mpg after that.

I've kept accurate records over nearly four years and my average is also 22mpg. Best is about 26 (55mph on the M-way), worst 18 (towing).

Mine regularly returns 22-23mpg best i ever has was 26.

I have a five year average of 21.3
The lowest was 16 when she had a slight fuel leak.
The best was 26.2 this year fully loaded on the motorway drafting a HGV with cruise control on.
