frankly that rubbish mate, get a new fuel filter, pour a wee bottle of Redex in it and fit to truck, this will clean the injectors and pump, fit a new air filter and make sure all air intake hoses are in good condition, you can easily expect a good 23mpg after that.

I am doing 25 mpg.... now that is what I call saving....
I have a five year average of 21.3
The lowest was 16 when she had a slight fuel leak.
The best was 26.2 this year fully loaded on the motorway drafting a HGV with cruise control on.
