Cigar Lighter

Anyone know an easy way to get the cigar lighter socket out without removing the dash

If your talking about the actual lighter socket and not the ashtray, I'm prettey certain that you have to take the glove box section out on the passenger side and undo the conecting screw on the driver side, before removing the centre section.

I'm 80% sure that the lighter socket is part of the centre section and can not be removed seperately (you'd have thought I'd remember completely considering the number of times I've taken my dash apart.)

It's actually an easy job, the last time I did it in about 1/2 hour.

i got that part of the dash out already if you wanted it.it still has the ciggie lighter in it but at least you can get tis one out incase you damage your own one.If you want it then cover the postage and i'll send it this week for you
