Fuel Pump Seals

Help me searching please...

Is there a thread here (or anywhere for that matter) that shows me what Fuel Pump seals can be changed without buggering up the pump internals?

I'm going to take the pump out to replace them.

Just the ones for and on the top plate, if I remember correctly. The one at the rear is a full blown job.
