  • Fuel pump leak, seal help?

ok as a few people know i have done this allready, i used the roughtrax kit which didnt have the seal 4 the TCV i think it is (round one at the bottom under the 4 out lines)

i have heard about viton seals? what are they and which ones and where do they go?

does anyone know of any better kits.

before you say anything i Have to fix it myself cos i cannot afford any other way,

i am lucky to still have my old pump so i can use that
Its all fun and games till someone looses an eye!

You can get the correct original Denso seal kit from diesel specialists,
Part No 096010-0630 cost's around £50. This is for the 2.4 efi.
IT's not how you get in it . IT's how you get out.

Any seals produced and sold these days should be made from viton, or similar, including the aftermarket ones.

makes no difference as the Bosch kit does not have the seal i need for the TCV under the pump.
