Valve Stem Oil Seals

Has anyone changed their valve stem oil seals without taking there cylinder head off the car..?

Yes but make sure you have each piston at in turn at TDC or the valves will fall out.

Or you can make a airline adaptor out of an old glow plug, and hold the valves shut with compressed air. But don't leave it over night and turn the compressor off! (trust me, I know...... )
