Someone in the know required

Hi chaps, I'm looking for a reputable engineer to sort out my 2.4td (2L-TE) engine for me, I have tried all I know but I'm not really diesel minded so I wondered if all you out there can point me to the man for the job preferably in or close to the Nottingham area but will travel if it means getting my power and MPG back to what it was so I can enjoy my surf once more. Any where in the uk would be a start.
