chirp saga
me again, well checked all vac pipes, checked for leaks on exhaust all seems ok, had a mechanic check me turbo (free) he said it was play in the prop, and on boost touching cassing, surely it would make a horrendous noise not just a chirp?

Did you check the crankshaft pulley already? That's number one chirp culprit. -
