Wheel sizes

Now then , Have just been offered 5 standard tyres and wheels at a bargain price (£40) from a lad with a hi lux pick up. The wheels are 16" with 265/75 -16 tyres. As i have noticed ratchet strap damage to my existing side walls from being lashed to a barge from Japan Could any one tell me if they are ok to fit to my 92 ssr-x 2.4 currently on 15" wheels with 31 10.5 15 tyres.
Cheers ps will post solution to shuddering at 40mph when i have gone through the list to check.

75 tyres will rub on the mudflap bolts also you'll get lots of rubbing offroad. ive got a set of 265x75x16's as spares but ive gone back to standard 15's

they will fit i ground my mudflap bolts down. also no hard lock as they catch the chassis.
