milners do the seal kit but you will need to go b&q also as the kit don't come with the top O ring. You can buy a pack of O rings for a couple of ££'s from b&q

is it because you have been using veg oil?
if so use some white spirit in the mix.
apparently (i not tried it) but ATF fluid may help to stop the leak temporarily
      Oh Nana, what's my name?

Both sides and the rear. You can get to 1 side and the rear without removing the pump. The side next to the block means pump out.

Mine was leaking from both side plates and the distibution block, so glad I took it out.

I seem to have similar problems on a 1990 2.4TD, don't know yet where all the leaks are coming from, there's certainly one injector leaking and the pump looks wet.

If the pump has to come out, why does the front pulley have to come off, is it to disengage the mechanical drive?

got a seal kit here if u want it, sent mine off to DBT for a "proper job"

Front pulley has to come off so you can get cam cover off then cam belt off which is what the pump takes its drive from.

Sorry, my question must have appear rather stupid! I now realise it's not the fuel pump I'm looking at, it's whatever the unit is mounted on top of the inlet manifold that connects to the turbo outlet pipe and has the throttle linkage mounted on the side. There should be no deisel in this unit, only air and colling water, so may be the leaking injector has just sprayed the unit with deisel.
