OD light flashing and speedo not working... Any suggestions?

Hi, Just picked my 1992 SSR-X up yesterday, the speedo was not working but the bloke i bought it off did supply a new speed sensor which goes in the gearbox, I have fitted that but the speedo still does not work, the car has just had a new radio fitted and some blue dials were fitted a few years ago, any suggestions what it might be...

Maybe one of the multiplugs has worked loose after the blue dials were fitted.
