torque settings

Can someone tell me the torque setting and the tightening sequence for the cam cover on a 2.4 please?

the cover is just done up ........if you have just done the belt the bottom pully is 167nm.....

The cover gasket has crush sleeves so just progressively tighten the nuts and bolts until they are firmly seated.
