Can anyone tell me if there is a fuel pump adjustment screw on the EFI model surfs? If there isn't, how can I do such an adjustment to reduce fuel flow and smoke?

I thought it was the other way round, only the EFI does have it???Originally posted by ninja_kingWill be doing that tomorrow but dont think it will reduce it enough to get through the MOT, just heard a lot about the fuel pump adjustment so got all set to do it then was told I have the EFI model so it hasn't got one.

Yes it has but play with it at your own risk. It's under the cap on top of the Spill Control Valve. There is some info on the Aussie site about what some have done to adjust. I wouldn't go playing with the EFI pump. Get it wrong and the pump will have to be removed and recalibrated.
