The studs are pressed in and can be knocked out quite easily, stick a nut on the end and give it a sharp tap square on with a 2lb hammer, it should pop out first time, if you know what the lenght is i have a few new Toyota wheel studs in the shed, if they are the same as what i have then ill stick them in the post for you.

If its a front wheel stud that needs doing remember to get yourself a hub gasket. Mine came out in bits when I did the job the weekend. Its fairly straight forward to dismantle down to the hub but might be worth investing in a 54mm hub socket or spanner although if you are careful you can tap them off.

Oh and don't forget to grab a wheel nut to go on it.

Front or rear stud? They are different lengths. Rear is easy, front requires seperating the disc from hub which means removal of wheel bearings and hub.

remove wheel bearing to replace the stud ! that means i'm gonna need to replace the bearing too and find a 2 ton press in order to get the new(bearing) one in !

wow a much bigger job than what i can handle !

You do not need a press for front bearings just a drift to knock out the old cones and to install the new ones. Yes I am sure about the removal of the hub. The disc is bolted to the hub from the inside and this has to be removed to allow removal of the studs. If one is broken replace them all. It's a fairly easy job overall.

Unless there is a problem with the current bearings, then there shouldn't be a need to replace them. Just be careful not to damage any of the bits when you're taking them apart and removing the old stud. Might be worth renewing the grease whilst your at it though.
