Very strange and hoping for some words of wisdom

Just changed the glow plugs and she starts lovely on about the third or fouth turn from cold. But when she's warmed up after a trip and you stop then start again she turns over about 6 or 7 times, it dosn't add up

It runs sweet as any thing no power loss as good as it's ever been can't work out why it starts better when its cold normally it would be the other way round?

The EFI system should be compensating for engine temperature. If a sensor has gone wrong somewhere, that could be the reason. Could also be dirty air filter, as colder, denser air means less volume needed to reach compression.

like bushy said could be fuel starvation especailly if while driving it starts to lose power. if so check your fuel filter etc
