REAR window

Hi folks ,recently got my surf few daft problems but it goes well .
Only really anoying thing is rear tailgate window sometimes doesnt go down then every now and agian will work fine problem is there with key and button.
Had the relay box out havent gone over it yet with soldering iron but all looks ok plus looks like the relays are sealed .
Any one got any tips advice??
Or do i just try a new relay box???

You need to strip it all out and grease the operating mechanism and the rubber grooves/runners. If you do a search there's loads of info on how to strip it out.

Cheers matey just found a good post as per relay unit mechanisim is new .
