i have received my filters ect from rough trax and am planning on a service tommorrow ! how much oil does a 2and gen 2.4 td take

Just my 2 cents, but I find that the full 7 litres makes the truck smokey and it burns it up pretty fast until it's down to 3/4 on the dipstick (at which point it settles down).

5 litres is a minimum.

i normally put in 6 to 6.5 litres when i change mine
