It certainly is a smart place, we are in Symonds Yat West so we get the sun most of the day and we are quite high at 150m, but views are great and sport here is cracking plenty of shooting, fishing, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, drinking, falling over etc..lol
We bought a big 6 bed old peoples home (without the old people) and we will spend the next few years doing it up.
