Strange (to me anyway) fault code

I've done the diagnostic doo dah on my Surf and got the following code returned 9-11. I can't find reference to it anywhere. Can any of you shed some light?

The speedo sensor bit I can understand as my speedo is currently fried, perhaps the sensor fried it?

It's the Switch sign I don't understand. Car was in Park and the Aircon was off. Could the air con be gubbed? Having never had a car with air con, I wouldn't know whether it worked or not. Any quick way to find out?
