Erm..what's this pipe and what's the goup leaking out?
you can get ba pipe easy enough im sure someone on here will have one they have removed from there truck! swap it ang get it re gassed job done.its nothing serious! what happened to the pipe anyway??
If the pipe is holed will all the gas not have escaped already? Is this gas in a sort of liquid form or is it just liquifying on escape, I mean how come it's dripping down like liquid?
Is there something out there I can wrap around the pipe to seal it up? It looks like the pipe's got damaged maybe by something flying up and hitting it from the road. It's damaged where the pipe goes thicker I take it that's insulation? Any harm in cutting that back to repair the pipe?

Thanks again.
these pipes are non-reparable due to the pressures involved, the crimps are factory made, as said above.....there is a 'parts wanted' section on here!
dont bother with a repair!! just replace the pipe. is your air con still cold?? i suppose its to cold to tell for sure! but if ther is a hole in the pipe all gas will be gone so just unbolt each end and replace!
Hmm...........well if it is battery acid that would actually explain a lot, such as why my starter motor isn't turning over as quickly as it used to.
I kind of assumed it was coming from that pipe as I could see what looked like a hole in it, it's definitely had a wack from something, will examine the battery levels etc.
Thanks Bogus, so what's in that pipe, purely a gas which should should just evaporate if it escapes? I'm sure my aircon is still working so maybe it's not leaking at all. The missus is out in the car today so I can't look at it at the mo'
If it is the battery, which I had a quick look at before she left and couldn't see any obvious signs of leakage, where do they normally leak from?
