    Hi guys,

Just had my surf for a couple of weeks now and really loving it.
I just have a couple of things to do on it now and that's get the injectors fixed - leaking atm, and find out what's making a whirring sound in the mornings when just after I've driven a mile or so. It doesn't happen everytime and doesn't seem to be related with the power at all.

I did notice the speed dial being a bit errattic last time it happened.

Anyopne have a clue as to the source?
My Surf's a beauty but needs a turbo!!!

check to see if you have the little speedo adapter on the T/case, it may be jamming/buggered.

    Got that bar on yet?

transfer case, bit behind gearbox, there is a fat cable going from the driverside near the top, you should see a small plastic gearbox, inbetween the transfer case and the speedo cable, try it without the adapter, its should only be hand tight. and easy to get to.
