Is a 1989 MR2 passenger window motor the same as a rear tailgate motor on a Mk2 Surf. Seen other Toyota window motors that will do the job just wondered if the MR2 is the same.

The Motors are the same, but the connectors may be different. No big deal if you have a soldering iron.
