If I filter the burnt chips out of the oil can I use it to move my jeep (SURF) along the road? Will the local kids be running after me looking for chips and a coke?

If you filter it well, and let it settle for a few days, it should be ok, and my advice is to sell the "jeep" and put the veg oil in the surf.
