Glow Plugs!!

i have recently changet glow plugs as they where all blown including the fuse and i realised that the fuse glows red at first start is it suppose to??? also is the third time i change the fuse hwat could be causing this??? many thancks

You've got a short circuit somewhere, have you double checked that the insulator on the main feed to the glowplug bar is correctly fitted?.
