hey i just wanted to know if anyone has got an auto starter on there hilux. i brought the truck to Canada and since they were never for sale here no one will touch it

Do you mean remote starter?........If so bushwhacker has done that mod

yes the one place thought it was a 24v system, and the other place said they were working on a land cruiser and they could not get the tack to work with the started, and it would grind the starter. so they think it will have the same problem

Have a look in the parts section, there's a couple of auto's being broken, and I think the starters are still available, but the postage may be expensive.
