changing the exhaust manifold gasket

my exhaust manifold gasket is leaking and needs to be changed, i have the new gasket ready ,
has anyone done this job and if so
1, how easy or hard is it
2, any suggestions on anything i need to be aware of when doing it
3, are there any guides on the internet to help me to do the job

Give the NUTS & STUDS a good soaking with WD40 as they tend to SHEAR off
