no oil pressure

Hi Can any one help.
My hilux gets really hot and the oil pressure falls to also nothing when im still. as soon as I move off its fine.
Im also having problems with the auto box.Its having trouble selecting the gears.The girlfriend thinks that the bands are slipping DONT TELL ME SHES RIGHT.
I only know how to drive not to sure about fixing it

firstly the oil pressure is ok when you move off as long as the needle is over the first line its ok

you may need to change the A T Fluid
