Forgot to say, im a 100% veg man (diesel over night) Theres no lasting damage you can do if the oil is heated a bit(once youve changed your seals that is) Will always continue to do so, as I dont listen to scaremongery.

i cracked open the water trap drain the other day , and the oil/derv that spilled out was hot on my hand , so it looks like it gets hot simply flowing around the system anyways , its how long it takes i suppose to get warm/hot.

can't imagine it to take long though

i fitted a new pump seal and its leaking again? One last fix then back to derv until i do a long distance haul
