Error Code 45

Hi, my engine check light stays on. I did an error code test by jumping the TE1 and E1 contacts and got 4 flashes a pause and then 5 more. Is this a code 45, a code 9 or two codes, a 4 and a 5? If it is a code 45, please explain exactly what it is. Prior to this I noticed a loss in top end (normally runs at 130km and went down to 100). However I know I have a busted kick down cable and thought that was the problem. Please help

Hi and welcome, this will be codes 4 & 5, do a search for ecu fault codes, and that will tell you where to look.
