fan belt snapped

can anyone help one of my fanbelts have snapped going to change them this weekend.only problem I can see the bolt with the slider but cannot see the other bolt i'll have to slacken where abouts is it located , wht am I feeling for
any help please

it's a 14mm bolt with quite a long head & quite difficult to see. look & feel directly down from the centreline of the pulley you will see the bolt. it only needs a turn or so to loosen the alternator.

You'll need to remove the air con belt and pas belt first as well!
